• Lists products from third-party brands
• Enables users to request price offers
• Does not manufacture or distribute listed products
• Does not claim official partnership unless explicitly stated

Use of trademarks does not imply endorsement.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Use the platform for legitimate business purposes
• Provide accurate information

3. Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of credentials
• All activities under their account

Weltrada may suspend accounts for:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Violation of these Terms

4. Quotations

Price quotations:

• Are non-binding unless confirmed in writing
• May vary due to market conditions
• Are provided for business evaluation purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content (excluding third-party trademarks) belongs to Weltnexx GmbH.

Brand names and product references remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

Weltrada is not liable for:

• Manufacturer defects
• Third-party product accuracy
• Indirect damages
• Business losses

Maximum liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Governing Law

Applicable law:

• German law
• European Union regulations
• Turkish law where applicable for local users

Disputes may be resolved under German jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
